a large specialty loaf of rustic sourdough made with whole grains. this bread is a great, long lasting loaf. plus, it’s really impressive at get togethers.

our wood fired, rustic baguettes are levened with sourdough starter as well as yeast.

a dense, tangy specialty rye. fennel and anise seeds give this loaf a fun licorice flavor.

100% whole wheat with toasted sunflower seeds and soaked flax seeds. this loaf is super healthy and great for sandwiches, especially peanut butter and jelly!

Sesame Raisin
an unusual combination of moist raisins and unhulled sesame seeds in a whole wheat, whole rye loaf. surprisingly great with chicken salad or as grilled cheese. or just toasted with butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

this loaf is more seed than it is bread. sprouted grains contain more protein, vitamins, and are easier to digest.

our beer bread has a very strong and distinct flavor. it is made with cracked wheat and whole grain brown rice. we also use locally made beer from Brewery Vivant.
