MOST EMBARRASSING FOOD MOMENT: I was carrying part of a wedding cake out of the kitchen to serve to guests and a bee landed on my tray. I panicked and dropped the whole tray in front of everyone 🙁

WHY DO YOU LOVE BAKING: I love that the simplest of ingredients come together to create something beautiful.
MOST EMBARRASSING FOOD MOMENT: I was stacking crates of soft fruit on a cart and managed to knock it all down. There were peaches, plums, and nectarines rolling all over the store!
FIVE YEARS FROM NOW I WILL: I have NO idea what I’ll be doing in 5 years, and that’s the best part!
