BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s Choice for May is our Oatmeal Levain. It’s made with 40% whole wheat flour, 20% whole rolled oats and a touch of honey from Melody Bee Farms. It’s super moist and totally versatile. This loaf was a staple in our home before we opened the bakery. Great for toast or sandwiches.

Field & Fire is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista. Our new café will be offering Madcap coffee drinks in a relaxed riverfront setting.
