BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s Choice for December is our Italian Bread. The closest thing to white bread we make! This loaf is similar to our Levain but with a bit denser crumb and a crispy crust… great for sandwiches. Italian is one of our most popular items. It also makes a very nice table bread with just about any meal.

STOLLEN IS HERE
December is here and that means delicious, naturally leavened Stollen! Our “Holiday Stollen” is a traditional German Christmas bread, loaded with candied citrus fruit, organic almonds & hazelnuts, doused in spiced rum and then rolled in sugar. How can you go wrong?! We’ll be offering this gem through the month of December.
