BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s Choice for June is our Brioche. We like to refer to brioche as “the cake of bread”. It’s soft, buttery, and rich.. made with local honey and local organic eggs. This loaf has a reputation for french toast and also works great for a quick strawberry shortcake.

Field & Fire is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista. Our new café will be offering Madcap coffee drinks in a relaxed riverfront setting.
