BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s Choice for August is our Levain... a classic French sourdough. Made from our “wild yeast” starter, this is the perfect bread for pretty much any occasion. It’s crispy on the outside, soft but chewy on the inside. Amazing with just a little butter and jam. Made with only flour, salt, and water. Who knew 3 ingredients could taste so good?
