BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s Choice for January is our Country Loaf.  For those of you who want whole grain sourdough without the commitment of a “heavy” bread. This loaf is 40% whole wheat and 20% whole rolled oats. Healthy, but still light and fluffy… with a touch of honey. Ahh, just right.
