BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s Choice for October is our Caraway Rye. Our market rye, but for caraway lovers. Similar to a traditional jewish rye. Light and chewy, made with about 30% whole rye flour. It features whole caraway seeds inside and outside. This loaf is available at both locations on Friday, Saturday and Sunday through October.
