BREAD OF THE MONTH
Baker’s choice for the month of September is our Market Rye. This loaf is similar to your traditional jewish rye… a light, chewy rye bread, sans caraway. It’s made with about 30% whole rye flour and is great for sandwiches. We highly recommend it with ham or for a rueben. Don’t forget to use some stone ground mustard for a finishing touch!

Field & Fire bakery will be joining the Ada Farmer’s Market this year! We’re super excited to be selling our organic breads and pastries from Noon until 4pm every Tuesday. Find us at the market until the end of September. We’re looking forward to seeing our regular Ada customer’s and meeting some new folks too!
